Customer Chat Representative (Remote, Part Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate individual to join our team as a Customer Chat Representative. This remote, part-time position requires someone with excellent written English skills and the ability to work independently from a distraction-free home environment.

Roles: You will operate the chat widget on our business’s website, assisting visitors with inquiries such as discount codes and refund policies. You will have access to a document with answers to common questions and a supervisor to assist with more complex queries.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates within the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment.
  • Excellent ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week.
  • A reliable internet connectivity.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours, depending on your availability.
