Responsibilities:
As an Online Chat Support Representative, your core responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer support inquiries through chat support on our website and social media platforms.
- Addressing support queries from existing customers and fielding sales inquiries from potential new customers.
Contract Duration: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
