Roles: You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints through chat support. Your responsibility is to provide prompt and professional responses, empathize with the customer, advocate on their behalf, and offer effective solutions. Additionally, you will collect and compile customer feedback to help enhance our services and overall customer satisfaction.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This is a remote position, available to candidates throughout the United States.
